      Mental Health 101Queen's Speaking of Health lecture (FREE) - Wed., November 20, 2019 For those suffering from mental health issues, the struggles are real and often tough to deal with. They also have the potential to affect everyone around them. However, education and awareness is one positive step towards making the conversation a little easier to talk about. Learn more with Sara Haack, MD, psychiatrist, at The Queen’s Medical Center. • Definition of mental health • Common mental illnesses • Medication basics • Brief wellness skills • Resources for help & information   Space is limited. Reservations are required. Register online or call The Queen’s Referral Line at 691-7117. Parking is available for a $5 flat rate with validation in the Physicians Office Building III, which is recommended since it is the closest to the Queen's Conference Center. Enter from Lauhala St. You can also park at the Physicians Office Building I and Miller parking garages for the same $5 flat rate with validation.
